Workshop: Write Better Assignments, Get Better Writing
Please join us for a 2-hour online workshop, open to all in the UW teaching community, if you are looking to develop more meaningful writing assignments in your courses. Tri-campus leaders in writing Megan Callow, Tabitha Espina, and Silvia Ferreira will lead collaborative discussions on essential elements of assignment design including sequencing, centering social and linguistic justice, and working with (or around) AI. The workshop concludes with supported time for participants to develop or revise their own assignment.
